When visiting the area, I recommend renting a condo, a home, or staying in a local B&B as opposed to staying in one of the local hotels. The properties below are either owned and rented by one of our clients or is otherwise known to be a superior place to stay. For small groups this 1 BR condo offers beautiful views of SML and breath taking sunsets overlooking Smith Mountain Lake from the spacious private balcony with grill. Community boat ramp, pool and tennis.
4 BRs & up to 8 occupants, this beautiful & well maintained lakefront home is located in The Waterfront in Franklin County, which is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the water with no steps.
This stylish 4 BR, 3 full bath waterfront home is located near Mitchell’s Marina on deep clean water. The property has a private dock with available lift and firepit. 100 feet from the home to the lake.
This lake retreat is located just 1.5 mi, from SML State Park on Craddock Creek. It’s nestled in a quiet cove that’s perfect for swimming, fishing, and all watersports. Very gentle slope and a private beach.
